Double play kill is an independent game development studio. This policy covers how we treat the information we collect and receive from users of our games (“users” or “you”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 20, 2019. In the future, the game or our practices may change. When we make changes related to privacy, we will revise this Privacy Policy to reflect the changes. We’ll post the updated version here, and we’ll notify you if we think the changes will significantly impact the treatment of information you have already provided.
The terms “game” or “app” refer to the games we create, including its various editions and expansion content across all devices and platforms.
We collect only the information specifically described in this Privacy Policy. We do not ask for or collect any personal information from our users in order to use the game (with the exception of allowing you to provide an email address so that we can contact you regarding a support request that you initiate). This includes not collecting personal information from children.
You may have the option of providing us with an email address in the event you initiate a support request. If you provide us with an email address in this situation, we will only use it to contact you with regard to your support request and will remove it from our system at your request.
When you use different features of the game, our automated software and tools may collect certain anonymous usage information for the purposes of supporting our internal operations and improving the game, as described below, for example crash logs; and information about what parts of the game you have accessed, how much time was spent on each screen, etc.).
We use and share the information we collect only in the ways listed in this Privacy Policy and not in any other ways. This includes not using or sharing your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
As noted above, you may receive email from us related specifically to a customer service request you initiate.
We use data we collect to support our internal operations and improve the game, for example improving the quality and design of our services; to identify, analyze and fix bugs and improve app performance; and to create new features, promotions, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing user activity, preferences and trends. As a convenience to our users, we may provide access or links to, or integrations with, third-party sites, services and content through the game, for example to social networks; or services provided by your device manufacturer, gaming platform, digital marketplace, device vendor or operating system provider, (collectively “third-party services”). If you access third-party services through the game, we may collect information about you from those services. In addition, those third-party services may be able to collect information about you, including information about your activity in the game, and they may notify your connections about your use of the game, in accordance with their own privacy policies. Whether the third-party service appears within our game (such as in an embedded video player), or you leave our game to access the service, the third party is in control of and independently produces, maintains, and monitors their content and their third-party services. When you use third-party services, you become subject to the third party’s terms of use and privacy policies. You should review the privacy policies of these third-party services for their policies and practices regarding the collection and use of your information, as their policies may differ from ours. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of third parties.
